HELP INJURED WORKERS
Our Mission is to offer education about the Pennsylvania Worker’s Compensation System to workers and the families of workers who have been injured or made ill at the workplace; and otherwise to work to improve the living standard of injured workers and their families; to support research and other actions that will benefit injured workers and their families and reduce workplace injury and illness; to advance and safeguard the full employment and economic security of injured workers generally; to support, encourage, and engage in support of philanthropic projects or activities which sponsor the purposes of the P.F.I.W., is the mission of our organization.
Join today! Become part of the grassroots movement. If you want to join with other injured workers who say that the Pennsylvania Legislature must work on behalf of Pennsylvanians injured on the job - not just for the worker's compensation insurers and self-insured employers. It is time to change the way things happen in Harrisburg. It's no longer business as usual! The Pennsylvania Federation of Injured Workers, a grassroots, nonprofit, 501 (c) (3) organization that lobbies in Harrisburg on behalf of injured workers of Pennsylvania is attempting to change that policy. We can continue the fight for injured workers rights with your help. Your yearly dues of $12 or your donation goes a long way towards this effort. With your support the P.F.I.W. can continue its mission to help injured workers of Pennsylvania.
The rights of injured workers have been legislated away in exchange for campaign finance contributions by legislators so the P.F.I.W. was founded as an answer to the powerful insurance lobby that has managed to convince our politicians that their way is the only way.
The P.F.I.W. will overcome the powerful insurance lobbying with your help.
