PA W.C. Advisory Council Meeting

Expressed opinion by Michael A. Kerstetter, PFIW Dauphin County

July 18, 2002 -- Meeting cancelled, it appears as though the members of the PA W.C. Advisory Council are unable to attend a meeting during the summer months.  Today's meeting was canceled because the Council would not have a quorum in attendance.  The Council does not seem to have the same enthusiasm that injured workers have to get meaningful reform to the worker's compensation act.

As a matter of fact, it would appear as though the Legislators who are charged with getting the necessary members of the council are not in any hurry to fulfill that obligation.
