  • Notice is given immediately of transmission to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation.

  • Assignment to WC judge is faster.

  • Customer saves time and money.

How to:

The Petition To:, except for a Petition To: Terminate Benefits Based on a Physicians Affidavit of Recovery, should be submitted to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation via the L&I website:

  1. Log onto PA PowerPort at www.state.pa.us, PA Keyword: "workers comp."

  2. Click Online Services; then click Workers' Compensation Petition To:.

  3. Read the instructions provided, and click on the Petition To: Electronic Submission link.
